What is contracted
Whatever the signed quote says. That document prevails over anything this website says, including how payment works and what happens if there's a delay, on either side.
Who owns what
Your domain, your content and your data are yours. The platform the service is built on is ours, and if you stop being a client it stops being available.
How it ends
With advance notice, and with your data exported and handed over.
How it renews and how it stops
The monthly fee renews automatically while the service is active, and you can cancel it whenever you like by giving notice before the next renewal. Amounts already paid are not prorated.
What you can't do with the service
Using it for anything illegal, trying to access what isn't yours, uploading harmful software or publishing content you don't have the rights to.
What we are and aren't liable for
We are liable for the service we provide and for providing it diligently. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or anything done by a third party you hire.
If these terms change
We notify you by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that notice means accepting them.
Law and courts
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Sharjah, where the company is registered.
Acceptance
By hiring the service or using this website, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, tell us before hiring.
